File does not open from toolbar due to button hidden from toolbar.
Cause:
The file was not deleted but the toolbar button for the program was hidden. This occurs when the 'Hide Button' option is selected from the button's Shortcut menu or the application was cleared on the 'Buttons' properties sheet.
Solution:
Customize the toolbar and unhide the button for the file.
1) Right-click (click with the right mouse button) on a blank area of the toolbar.
2) Select 'Customize...' from the Shortcut menu.
3) Click 'Buttons' tab.
4) Locate the file in 'Show these Files as Buttons' list box.
5) Select the check box in front of the file to unhide the button.
